General Manager - The Good Grocer Karratha - IGA Supermarket Lead with Passion – General Manager Opportunity in Karratha Are you a dynamic retail leader with a love for fresh food and community? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retailer to take the reins at our Good Grocer store in Karratha as General Manager . As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store – leading an experienced team, delivering a premium fresh food offering, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You won’t just be running a store – you'll be building a destination for your local community. We're looking for more than a manager – we want a passionate foodie with a strong retail background, someone who thrives on innovation, champions customer service, and brings a hands‑on leadership style that inspires their team. If you're energetic, outgoing, bring an “Of Course” attitude to everything you do, and you're prepared to put down some roots in Karratha, integrate into the local community and deliver on the Good Grocer's commitment to local community support and involvement, then this could be your perfect next step. This is a permanent full-time salaried position with an attractive bonus scheme. Relocation assistance and subsidised accommodation is available to support the requirement to relocate to Karratha.
