Senior Risk and Resilience Specialist

CS Energy is seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Risk and Resilience Specialist to champion our business continuity and crisis management programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager Risk and Resilience, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and refining our emergency management, crisis response, and business continuity frameworks. You’ll work across the business to promote a culture of risk awareness, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with compliance and assurance programs. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in enterprise risk or resilience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a drive to influence outcomes at all levels. Duties include the below, but are not limited to: Lead the development and implementation of business resilience programs, including emergency and crisis management frameworks. Collaborate with leaders across the business to embed resilience planning and ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and assurance activities. Develop and maintain business impact assessments, continuity plans and resilience resources. Guide and, when required, lead responses to incidents and crises, including facilitating post‑incident debriefs. Communicate potential threats and risks clearly and effectively across the organisation. Coordinate training and exercises aligned with the SOCI Risk Management Plan. Build and influence relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors, consultants, and auditors. Support the broader Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance team in enhancing enterprise frameworks and risk maturity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
