Job Overview Join a dynamic digital marketing team seeking a talented video editor to transform long‑form podcast episodes into high‑quality, branded short‑form content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for identifying compelling moments from provided podcast sources and editing them into visually engaging clips that capture attention within the first few seconds. The role requires a keen sense of pacing, storytelling, and the ability to align each edit with the host’s unique tone and branding. You’ll work directly with the founder, enjoy creative freedom, and contribute to a growing portfolio of business, health, and lifestyle podcasts. Fast turnaround is essential, with most projects expected within 24–48 hours. This is an ongoing opportunity with repeat assignments for those who excel.
