We’re looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team, working alongside our Behaviour Support Team Leader . In this role, you’ll: Provide consultation, case reviews, risk assessments, and interventions for clients with complex needs Develop and deliver training for Support Workers in best-practice approaches Help shape and review policies and practice guidelines for supporting adults, children, and young people with challenging behaviours Why you’ll love it here Flexible working – WFH & hybrid opportunities with offices in Beenleigh, Capalaba and Ipswich Manageable caseloads with admin support Ongoing supervision & clinical mentoring Funded professional development & CPD Clear career progression (advance to senior/clinical lead) Supportive, collaborative team culture What you bring NDIS registrationas aproficient practitioner or above (you MUST have a behaviour practitioner suitability endorsement letter from NDIS QSC) Qualification in allied health, social science, or behavioural science (or currently studying towards one).
