Instill a supportive and candid feedback culture focused on recognising, developing, and elevating your team. Always represent the brand with professionalism and integrity – displaying professional etiquette across all methods of communication. Performance Develop a strong sales‑performance culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience through the yd. CLASS sales steps. Drive and maintain sales performance within the store in line with retail goals, budgets and KPIs. Regularly analyse sales reports to guide commercial actions that generate sustained traffic increase and sales performance.
