We’re seeking a motivated Junior Estimating & Contracts Administration professional who has started their construction journey and is eager to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career in the industry. What you’ll be doing: Assisting with cost estimates, take‑offs, and tender submissions. Collecting and comparing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Supporting the Estimator/Director with budgets, contracts, and project handovers. Helping prepare and review subcontractor agreements and variations. Entering data into systems and maintaining project documentation. Working closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to keep projects on track.
