Job Description As a Community Care Worker for the Elderly, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our elderly clients. Providing companionship and emotional support to elderly individuals. Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Assisting with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Accompanying clients to medical appointments and social outings. Keeping accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client’s condition. Qualifications Valid Police Check Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors. Reliable transportation to visit clients in their homes with comprehensive insurance. Ability to pass background checks and reference checks. Desirable Have a relevant vocational qualification such as a Certificate III in Individual Support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
