About The Company A global leader in medical devices is seeking a Field Services Technician in Brisbane. Working closely with engineers across Australia and reporting to the manager in Melbourne, the position involves providing support with repairs, installations, and servicing equipment at a wide range of medical clinics, hospitals, and specialised beauty clinics. About the Role Support and perform onsite installations, maintenance and repair on medical device equipment. Review and make recommendations on solutions to determine source of problem Work closely with Territory Managers (Sales) to ensure service deliverables are met Coordinate problem resolution with external and internal stakeholders Conduct training on safe operation of equipment to team and customers Ability to prioritize service requests and concise documentation About You Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to diagnose and resolve problems - electronic, mechanical etc. Tertiary Qualifications in Electronics / Electrical or Biomedical related field preferred Hands on experience as a Service Engineer / Technician with relevant equipment – experience with lasers / pneumatics / printing equipment highly regarded Valid driver's license and safe driving record Full working rights in Australia Benefits Competitive base salary Car allowance Access to incentives Friendly team and supportive managers To Apply If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, please apply online in the first instance.
