Staff Development Nurse – Outpatient Department – Child and Adolescent Health Service Vacancy Reference: CRVCID . This is a permanent Full-Time Appointment. Position Profile We are seeking a suitably experienced Nurse to join the Surgical Directorate Clinical Education Team for the role of Staff Development Nurse – Outpatient Department. In collaboration with the Nurse Educator, Surgery and the departmental Clinical Nurse Manager, the Staff Development Nurse is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the knowledge and skills of nursing staff in the designated Ward/Unit, the planning and implementation of specific education and training programmes and the provision of support for new staff, including orientation and preceptorship.
