Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the optimisation and enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our platform supports innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. Join us in bringing a new approach to technology and innovation in healthcare by: Leading and optimizing HCA’s Salesforce platform. Ensuring performance, security, and user adoption. Mentoring the Health IT team. Driving innovation and continuous improvement. Let’s talk about you You are a proactive Salesforce leader with over 5 years of experience managing development, administration, and QA teams to drive platform excellence. With strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, you excel at turning complex business needs into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Further studies, such as advanced Salesforce training or specialised certifications, complement your expertise. Your Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Solution Architect, and Cloud Consultant or OmniStudio.
