18th November, Senior Mechanical Engineer role with end-to-end supplier of engineering Leading Consultancy employing over 300 people across Asia Pacific. Centrally located in Brisbane CBD in plush office space. The Company They are an end-to-end supplier of engineering, surveying, and geotechnical services to the building and land development industries. Founded in Victoria in They have grown rapidly into a large-sized engineering consultancy employing over 300 people across Australia and China. Their Head Office is located in the Melbourne CBD with other NSW, SA, and QLD offices. They are situated throughout Australia and China, serving their growing client list of leading residential builders, industrial and commercial development companies, government and urban land authorities, developers, and architects. The Role Lead and deliver Building services projects. Coordinate MEP design disciplines with civil, structural and architecture while producing high-quality design. Consult with clients on matters relating to engineering services. Prepare mechanical design calculations, drawings, specifications and reports. The Requirements A minimum qualification of Degree in Mechanical Services or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution. Minimum five years of local Australian experience in a similar role in a consultancy environment. Understanding of Australian standards in relation to mechanical engineering design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit 3D and BIM experience would be an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage own project portfolio. Ability to develop and implement processes and procedures. Excellent time management and organisational skills, and an ability to work to agreed deadlines. Excellent client communication and liaison skills and an ability to convey information accurately.
