About The Programme As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation journey and make a real impact on our business. You will undertake a permanent position with four rotations over the next 2 years at our global headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark including the possibility of a 6‑month rotation in one of our European offices. You will build a strong toolbox through hands‑on experience in various functions, work with teams across the entire value chain, and gain a deep understanding of LEO Pharma and the pharmaceutical industry. Your Role Through 3 rotations of 6 months across Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain followed by a fourth rotation based on individual development goals, business needs and project availability, you will get direct exposure to various parts of the business. We will tailor each rotation to match your personal development with key business needs. Below an example of how a graduate journey could look like: Business Finance: Learn about the full financial performance and priorities, while supporting executive management with key insights. Deep dive into the business and learn about Business Partnering while supporting stakeholders on value‑creating insights and support a return‑on‑investment culture. Global Strategic Marketing: Work with one of our global brand teams and learn how you drive new launches, ensure market access and drive global marketing campaigns. Other assignments within this department give you exposure to digital marketing, market research or driving marketing excellence through the organization. Supply Chain: Gain an end‑to‑end understanding of the entire value chain, from manufacturing to the delivery of our products to patients. Collaborate with cross functional teams and work on both operational and strategic tasks. As part of our sustainability journey, you will contribute to generating new ideas for reducing our CO2 emissions. Understand the importance of ‘integrated business planning’ where finance, commercial and supply chain / production work together to ensure demand is balanced with a reliable, sustainable and cost‑efficient supply. Your Qualifications To thrive and succeed as a Graduate at LEO Pharma, we expect you to have: A Master’s Degree (graduated in 2025 or expected by summer 2026) in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, finance, marketing, supply chain, as well as life‑science related disciplines complemented by strong business acumen.
