About the Role As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll work closely with the Park Manager to oversee operations, ensure a high standard of guest service, and lead the team when required. It’s a varied, hands‑on role with a strong focus on people, presentation, and performance. Key responsibilities include: Supporting daily operations and handling after‑hours needs Overseeing guest check‑ins, bookings, and account management Mentoring and supporting team members across departments Assisting with budgeting and reporting Maintaining compliance, safety, and excellent park presentation Contributing to guest satisfaction and local marketing efforts About You You’re a strong, results‑driven leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a guest‑first approach to everything you do. You’ll bring: Proven leadership experience – accommodation preferred, but top‑performing managers from other sectors are highly valued Strong communication and people management skills Financial awareness and experience with basic budgeting and reporting Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems is a bonus Flexibility for weekend and after‑hours shifts A valid driver’s licence and willingness to live on site Ready to Apply?
