Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets Report directly to the Regional Manager Lead stocktake processes and team development Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team What You'll Bring:You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team - always putting the customer first. Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)
