Base pay range : A$80,000.00/yr – A$90,000.00/yr Job Details Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Contract Job function : Business Development and Sales Industry : Hospitals and Health Care Location South Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Responsibilities Business Development & Pipeline Growth Completing 50+ outbound calls per day (with warm and cold call lists provided) Creating and managing B2B funnels, nurturing prospects from first contact through to warm lead for handover to the clinical team Coordinating email flows, follow‑ups, and outreach campaigns Supporting intake by ensuring leads are high‑quality and well‑prepared Managing HubSpot (or similar CRM) to maintain accurate and organised pipelines Running structured outreach and tracking conversion KPIs Identifying new business opportunities and community partnerships Boots‑on‑the‑Ground Sales (after onboarding and in line with business need) Visiting rural communities to drop brochures, build relationships, and connect with local networks Developing referral pathways with schools, GPs, community health, and local organisations Representing our brand warmly, confidently, and professionally About You – Our Dream Candidate You’re a motivated, enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for helping people. You bring heart to your work, but you’re also commercially driven and excited about hitting KPIs.
