Join a growing brand shaping Australia's over 55s lifestyle communities The Role Clifton Lifestyle is seeking a Project Sales Assistant on a six-month contract basis, to support the launch of a new development project, Clifton Toowoomba (a land lease community for over 55s). In this role you will provide key support across our sales operations, client enquiry handling and CRM management, working autonomously and contributing to the success of our emerging project. Key Responsibilities Act as initial point of contact for the project for prospective purchasers Engage and qualify prospective clients based on lifestyle and housing needs Manage and update CRM with lead details and progress tracking Provide superior customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the initial customer journey Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends Assist with ad hoc tasks linked to project launch preparation and client engagement initiatives. About You Ideally experienced in real estate sales, project home sales, or ideally land lease/retirement living communities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Comfortable and confident working independently, managing own tasks and prioritising workload with minimal supervision Passionate about helping people find the right lifestyle solution Based in or willing to work in Toowoomba What we offer A fixed-term contract role (6-months) Opportunity to strengthen your skills in CRM, client management and property/lifestyle sales-support in a growing market Supportive and collaborative team culture, with exposure to marketing and project delivery functions Opportunity to work with a prestigious and respected real estate brand Based at our Sales Office in Toowoomba Grand Central Timing Immediate start Hours 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday (25 hours per week) The Development Clifton Toowoomba is a brand new, purpose-built lifestyle resort for active and independent over 55s operating as a land lease community. On completion, Clifton Toowoomba will comprise 319 homes and will offer extensive communal facilities, which include a clubhouse, bowling green, pickleball courts, swimming pool, gym and cinema. Civil construction will commence in Q1 2026, with the construction of Communal Facilities and Stage 1 housing forecast to commence in Q3 2026.
