The Role We are looking for a proactive individual to manage a dual role: safely driving our commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up bins from client sites, and taking responsibility for the management, inventory, and maintenance coordination of all yard equipment and bins. Key Responsibilities Driving Duties Operate HR/MR licensed trucks for bin delivery and collection across Greater Sydney. Ensure safe operation of vehicles and secure loads in compliance with all regulations. Provide professional customer service. Equipment Management Duties Manage bin inventory, allocation, and logistics planning. Preventative maintenance and repairs for all bins and equipment. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe yard environment, adhering to WHS standards. Assist with yard operations, including loading and unloading. Skills & Experience Valid HR or MR class Australian driver's license with a clean driving record (essential). Experience in heavy vehicle driving, ideally within the waste/logistics industry. Strong organisational and inventory management skills. Commitment to safety (WHS) principles. Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently and within a team. Why Join Us?
