Home Care Support Worker | Aged Care - Batemans Bay to Moruya Are you passionate about helping others? Do you meet these minimum requirements? Live in or near Batemans Bay including surrounding suburbs Benandarah, Bimbimbie, Long Beach, Maloneys Beach, Malua Bay, Moruya, South Durras, Surfside & surrounds . Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles). Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting. Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (weekend availability is a bonus but not required). Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training. If you're saying 'YES' to these, we'd love to have you join us What this role offers: Open to Experienced candidates Permanent Part-Time Contracts Permanent Contract hours : 20-30 hours per fortnight + flex up hours. Hourly Rate : $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation. Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
