Apply now Job no: Work type: Ongoing Full Time Location: Various Categories: Human Resources Ongoing, Full-Time Location: Sydney or Melbourne / Hybrid Salary: $88,000 to $96,000 plus PSS Super 15.4% About the Role As HR Adviser, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services across the ABC’s Enabling (Corporate) Divisions. Working within a supportive and experienced People & Culture team, you’ll provide second-level HR advice and support to employees and managers, following initial contact via the general People & Culture Helpdesk or through direct relationships you build within the business. You’ll triage and manage a range of HR matters, escalating complex issues to Senior HR Advisers as needed. Your work will span employee relations, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and organisational change. You’ll also contribute to HR projects and initiatives that shape the future of our workforce and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in an HR Shared Services or operational HR role who’s ready to take the next step and expand into a broader advisory or business partnering capacity.
