The Role We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our Manufacturing team in Dandenong, Victoria as Factory Hand's. We are recruiting for both our day shift and afternoon shift. Your role will be responsible for: Operating all site machinery under supervision Organising packing of finished products Completing production records, daily worksheets, and quality data sheets accurately Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times Reporting QA issues promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand Reporting machine faults promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand Suggesting improvements to job methods, equipment, or workplace conditions Complying with company WHS policies, procedures, and legislative requirements Wearing required PPE and model safe work behavior Completing all required safety training within allocated time Performing other duties as directed by Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager Hours of Work Day Shift Monday - Friday, 5:54pm - 2:00pm Afternoon Shift Monday - Friday, 1:54pm - 10:00pm *Please specify your shift preference by answering the screening question* Required Skills Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
