The Role Toll People are seeking ongoing casual Supply Base Operators, including Drivers (HR, HC or MC), for our Supply Base in Dampier. Local Eligibility ONLY LOCAL RESIDENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Key Responsibilities As a Supply Base Operator you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient and timely delivery of logistical support for the Dampier Supply Base and clients utilising the base. Forklift Operation – Loading and unloading trucks and containers (2t – 7t – 16t – Reach Stacker) Quarantine compliance Operating forklift ensuring correct, secure and safe loading of vehicles Assisting truck drivers with loading and unloading Freight handling relating to the transport and logistics sector and oil and gas industry Pre‑starts including checking the water, oil and fuel levels General warehouse / yard duties Transport – HR / HC / MC – Operation of Mafi Trucks or Semi's for local pick up and deliveries Skills & Experience Minimum “C” class licence Experience in a similar role (desirable) High‑risk licence – Forklift (essential), Dogman (desirable), Riggers (desirable) Current MSIC (desirable) Knowledge of the transport and logistics sector (desirable) The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, good work ethic, and team participation National police clearance – within 6 months old (or be able to obtain one) A reasonable level of fitness Transport – HR, HC or MC class licence Transport – Current commercial vehicle drivers medical (essential / or be able to obtain) Transport – Current WA fatigue management certificate (essential / or be able to obtain) Benefits Excellent hourly rate plus penalties 15% super on 38‑hour week Weekly pay Flexible working hours Ongoing casual work Opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate (temp to perm) Working at Toll At Toll, we're proud to be a leading integrated logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
