We are a 4‑Theatre complex, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Oncology surgery are the main focus with a busy emergency 24‑hour theatre offering an exciting and challenging environment. Our Day Surgery is a small busy unit with admission and discharges from the one unit. Permanent full‑time position Monday to Friday, various AM and PM shifts No call Education support available and preceptors provided if required What you’ll bring Experience as a Perioperative Nurse or Day Surgery Nurse – minimum 1 year required Experience in Day Surgery is desirable Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Interest in women’s health, desirable Able to work AM and PM shifts; night shift not required Good interpersonal and communication skills To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem‑solve A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment Required evidence A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders Ready to help us shape the future of healthcare?
