Direct message the job poster from MAARS Senior Performance Executive / Performance Manager Sydney CBD offices – 4 days in 1 from home IMAA member agency with a career path on offer $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 salary package – depending on experience We are ideally looking for a person with some 3+ years of performance trading experience - cross-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. This role sees you assisting with a client portfolio, supporting the team with the various buys and strategy the team has in place, generally you will be making a solid contribution to a growing agency. As a Senior Performance Executive , or if more senior, a Performance Manager , you’ll work closely with colleagues, other internal teams and clients, delivering performance-driven campaigns that generate real business results. This is a pivotal role for someone who’s ready to learn more, optimise, and grow – both their accounts and their career. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for various performance campaigns from strategy through to execution and reporting Grow to become the primary performance contact for key clients, building trusted relationships and providing ongoing strategic recommendations Develop, implement, and manage cross-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms Use first-party data, CRM insights, and audience tools to better target the creative strategies Assist with managing budgets and campaign pacing, ensuring performance is on track and aligned with KPIs Collaborate with creative, brand, and other teams to deliver integrated campaign strategies Help put together campaign performance insights, test results, and optimisation strategies in regular client meetings Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and new beta opportunities Ideal Qualifications: Have 3+ years’ experience in a performance marketing role (ideally within a media agency) Are proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and familiar with tools like GA4, Tag Manager, CM360, SA360, DV360, BigQuery and Looker Studio Confident in working with managing media budgets, building media plans, and optimising to performance goals Strong communicator who can present strategic recommendations and performance insights clearly Detail‑oriented and data-driven, with a passion for improving campaign efficiency If you feel this is the role for you, hit the Easy Apply tab or send your CV to Brenton Moore at Confidentiality is assured.
