Join Sedgman as a Communications and Marketing Graduate to gain hands‑on experience in internal and external communications within a global resource solutions company. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist in internal communications platforms to keep employees informed, considering context, channel, and audience. Support external communications including social media content scheduling, updates, and engagement reporting. Shadow team members on branding photography and videography initiatives and campaigns. Contribute to global marketing campaigns and help shape Sedgman’s branding. Develop editing technical competencies in photo and design editing, SharePoint and content hub administration, and website content management. Collaborate within a large, connected CIMIC Group graduate cohort with networking and social events. About You The company is looking for: A Bachelor of Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Commerce is desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. \The ability to work safely and effectively without supervision. Excellent time management and self‑organisation skills.
