Job Description The daily routine of a Groundsperson at Cater Care encompasses a variety of tasks, including: Cater Care Services are seeking hospitality professionals for Grounds Person / Utility roles at our mining village Balranalds (Mildura & Bendigo Local Suburbs). Applications outside of these locations will not be considered. Duties may include the below; Upkeep of the village grounds including - mowing, edging and gardening Repair and basic trades work across the village Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning Mine Site Cleaning- cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses To get a start you will have the following: Previous grounds and maintenance experience in a hospitality environment 12months+ Similar experience within a remote environment is highly regarded Ability to work well with other team members A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude Ability to understand and comply with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasks Pride in personal appearance & hygiene Ability to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather MUST hold a manual drivers’ license and forklift ticket Successful Applicants will be contacted - due to volume of applications To Apply Please click “Apply for this job”.
