About The Job We are seeking a highly driven Senior Client Advisor to bridge the gap between our Client Advisors and Management team. This elevated role suits someone with a strong leadership mindset who thrives in a fast-paced , dynamic environment. You will play a key part in shaping the client journey, driving commercial performance and mentoring the team. Beyond sales, you’ll build lasting client relationships, contribute to store strategy and bring operational excellence to every interaction. The salary banding for this role is $70,000-$80,000. Responsibilities Build and nurture high-value client relationships, creating personalised experiences. Drive sales performance and maximise client lifetime value. Represent Louis Vuitton with impeccable professionalism. Balance client engagement with essential store operations. Mentor Client Advisors and share best practices. Manage complex client situations with discretion. Support initiatives that enhance boutique performance and grow the client base. Adapt to a diverse and discerning international clientele. Profile 3+ years in a high-touch service environment (for example, premium hospitality, personal styling, high-end real estate or private banking). Strong ability to connect with clients, tailor experiences and drive commercial outcomes. The confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure. Leadership capability, with experience coaching and giving feedback. Exceptional communication skills. A growth mindset, genuine curiosity and a commitment to learning.
