Hydro Excavation Operator

Location: Bundaberg, QLD (Serving Wide Bay Region, Rockhampton, Emerald, and Surroundings) GeoRadar Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a motivated and skilled Hydro Excavation Operator to join our expanding, dedicated, family-based team in Bundaberg. You’ll be working alongside our experienced operators and DBYD-certified cable & pipe locators, playing an important role in the daily operations of our services. Long term work locally, plus opportunities for onsite works at our Paradise Dam project and availability for away work is a must. Key Responsibilities Operate hydro excavation equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with the general maintenance of vehicles and machinery. Travel and work across the Wide Bay region, Rockhampton, Emerald, and surrounding areas, with occasional overnight stays. Work as part of a collaborative team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Requirements A current MR or HR license is preferred. White card for construction site safety. Some experience with machinery and an interest in hands‑on work.
