Bundaberg Ear Nose & Throat Surgery is seeking an Experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in Bundaberg, QLD in the New Year. This is a casual position with the possibility of a permanent position for the right applicant, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic medical environment. What you'll be doing Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar Handling patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service Liaising with medical staff and other healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical files Handling administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing and data entry Ensuring the reception area is well‑organised and maintained What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using medical software and computer systems Attention to detail and accuracy in record‑keeping Compassionate and patient‑focused approach Ability to work effectively in a team environment Australian citizenship is required for this position What we offer At Bundaberg Ear Nose & Throat Surgery, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work culture.
