CRM Account Executive - Technology, Media and Telecom Location: ServiceNow – Millers Point, New South Wales, Australia Company Description ServiceNow was founded in San Diego in 2004 by Fred Luddy. Job Description The CRM Account Executive oversees the market success of ServiceNow’s CRM & Industry (CRM&I) Workflow products, inclusive of CRM&I multi‑workflow solutions. You will engage assigned accounts, create new business & pipelines across a substantial portion of the sales cycle, manage executive relationships, and partner with virtual teams including core field, solution sales, consulting, support and professional services. What You Will Get To Do In This Role Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including deployment of territory resources Develop a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan Build relationships with multiple C‑suite personas (COO, CCO, CDO, CFO, CIO, CEO) across CRM&I products Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and position meetings Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting to deliver “art of the possible” demos showcasing ServiceNow’s CRM&I Workflow product and solutions Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience Serve as the trusted advisor to the customer, understanding their existing and future engagement roadmap Lead opportunities while collaborating closely with core sales teams and other ServiceNow solution areas to deliver outcomes‑based solutions In partnership with the assigned Account Executive and Solution Consultant, present CRM&I Workflows directly to prospects, customers, partners and at industry events Articulate customer success strategies to streamline and standardise platform presentations and value proposition Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams, with limited inside‑sales support Manage the sales process and close opportunities Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams Qualifications Prior experience and success selling to the TMT industry (Technology, Media & Telecom) Experience leveraging AI in work processes, decision‑making or problem‑solving Full‑cycle success selling CX solutions into TMT customers Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor Understanding of CRM or CX solution‑related business processes Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams Ability to understand broad, macro‑level business IT needs for a prospective client 5+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C‑level relationships Thrives in a fast‑paced, growing, deadline‑driven environment Willingness to go above and beyond to win in the market against competition Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences Regional travel required 30‑50% Equal Opportunity Employer ServiceNow is an equal‑opportunity employer.
