Purpose of role As our Commercial Delivery Driver, you will become the face of the company with our clients and we want you to bring your awesome personality and provide our customers with an exceptional service experience whilst working in a fun and friendly team environment. We are looking for a positive proactive team member with good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills to assist with the day to day running of the business. You will be responsible for our commercial pick-ups and assisting customers with their cans and bottles, and the necessary processing protocols to keep the site running efficiently and smoothly. This is an excellent career opportunity where you will be contributing to our team and company growth. Key responsibilities Provide friendly, personalised and educational customer service. Perform general labour tasks to assist in the day to day running of the business including but not limited to operations and reporting Present a professional work environment and positive customer experience onsite and when picking up container bins from our commercial clients from their premises Help report hazards and risks identified and proactively support the enhancement to engage in safe WHS methods and driving practices while maintaining a safe and clean work site which creates a welcoming environment for both our customers and our staff Contribute to a positive team culture and committed to our company’s core pillars of success which are outstanding customer service, safety compliance and cleanliness Assist towards team successes by accomplishing related results as needed, working in sync with relating Express Recycling sites and Operational Managers in developing an effective and efficient service to support growth and expansion About you You have a strong focus for Customer Service You want to learn, develop and grow the business as if it's your own You are flexible in your work hours You have good organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and timeframes You are physically fit enough to lift up to 20-25kg consistently You have a full driver’s licence and an excellent driving record You must have a current MR Truck licence Forklift licence is desirable What we have to offer you Great people and culture Ongoing support Continuous training and development within a growing company Positive environment where team and individual efforts are recognised To apply If you are looking to join a market leader in the ever-growing recycling industry and contributing towards delivering the highest level of customer service, then Express Recycling is for you.
