What You’ll Be Doing Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular engagement and follow-up. Celebrate wins, share stories, and keep the community connected and motivated. Identify renewal and growth opportunities through consistent communication. Attend live events and workshops to meet members and capture success stories. Collaborate with the wider team to drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Who You Are Outgoing, confident, and personable — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once. A strong communicator with a positive, supportive tone. Background in marketing, events, or community engagement is highly advantageous. Thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment where every day feels different.
