South West Connect South West Connect is a community-based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young people in South West Sydney to reach their full potential. About the Role South West Connect (SWC) is seeking a proactive and personable Employer Liaison Consultant (ELC) to join our Work Placement Coordination Team. This full-time role is based across the Fairfield and Liverpool LGAs and focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with local employers who host students for mandatory HSC work placements. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with host employers and stakeholders. Promote SWC's work placement services to local businesses and organisations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow placement capacity. Collaborate with the Work Placement Team to ensure high-quality service delivery. Advocate for the program through networking, marketing, and community engagement. Maintain accurate records and data using internal systems. About You Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated experience in marketing, outreach, or business development. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently. Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and cloud-based systems. A valid driver's licence and access to a car. Note: You must be eligible to work permanently in Australia and able to pass an NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check. Why Join Us?
