About you Are you a banking lawyer with 3-4 years' PAE and keen to step into a role which offers independence, responsibility and working with a team? We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised lawyer who has an eye for detail and commercial outcomes. You will have previous experience in loan enforcement for secured lenders, including managing obligations under the National Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice, customer sensitivity and hardship. Supported by partners, you will be a team-player who enjoys supervising junior staff and be familiar with a high-volume practice and client delivery expectations. About the role You will be supported by an energetic, close-knit team which embraces flexibility and collaboration, with the opportunity to work in conjunction with our National colleagues. As part of your role, you will have access to our career development program, tailored to your level of PAE, run over 2 years with your National counterparts, as well as access to pro bono program and community initiatives.
