Flex Physio Cairns is seeking a motivated physiotherapist to join our team. About us: Flex Physio Cairns is a reputable private practice with strong referral base to local GPs and specialists. We work with clients from all walks of life with a key focus to build movement resilience. Majority of our clientele consists of privately funded patients with others including WorkCover, DVA, GPCCMP, TAC/CTP and occasional NDIS cases. Our team comprises three highly experienced physiotherapists, including a tilted musculoskeletal physiotherapist and two others with experience spanning 12-30 years. We foster continuous learning through monthly in-clinic PD sessions, featuring both external guest presenters and internal peer discussions. Our clinic is centrally located in Cairns, offering short walking distance to good local coffee shops and a short ride to the vibrant Esplanade, market, and shopping centres. The Role: This opportunity is suitable for both experienced physiotherapists and recent graduates . Working hours up to 30 hours/week. You will manage a diverse musculoskeletal caseload with ability to direct patient bookings according to your specific interest area(s). Your work will primarily involve in-clinic consultations, with opportunity to engage in hydrotherapy and home visits as required. We believe in a true work-life balance, which is why there is no weekend work You'll have access to efficient practice management software (Nookal ) and PhysiTrack to support your practice. We offer a balance of autonomy in your practice and tailored mentoring as required. This role comes with competitive remuneration (75k to 105k based on FTE, experience dependent) plus bonus incentives and an additional PD allowance to support your continuous growth. Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy (Bachelor's degree or Master's entry level). Current AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia (Please note: we are not considering visa sponsorship). Current professional indemnity insurance. The ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proven ability to build rapport with clients and retain a consistent caseload. Demonstrated sound clinical reasoning skills and the ability to generate individualised management plans. A strong commitment to continuing professional development. While previous work experience in private practice is preferred, motivated recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, as comprehensive mentorship with our titled musculoskeletal physiotherapist is readily available.
