Why You'll Love This Role: Offering $34.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) Weekend penalties apply Ferry departs Fremantle at 7:00 AM Work in a breathtaking location with a supportive team Be part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and growth What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and coordinate a team of housekeepers across multiple sites Inspect and monitor cleaning standards and team performance Ensure high standards of cleanliness across accommodation areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, BBQ areas, and living spaces Perform hands‑on cleaning duties alongside your team Work in all weather conditions and lift items up to 10kg ✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous team leader or supervisory experience Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Excellent time management and communication skills C-Class Driver's Licence Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays A professional, can‑do attitude and a passion for leading by example If you believe you meet the above requirements and wish to become a part of the Programmed team, please hit "Apply Now" for your application to be considered.
