What are we looking for? An exciting and rare opportunity is now available in our Sunshine or Melbourne Offices. We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer (7+PAE) to join our public liability team. This role will suit a proactive, passionate and results‑driven Lawyer who specialises in public liability, or has experience in another area within the personal injury space, or a mixed practice, and wishes to specialise in public liability. You will be working with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally which will see you managing your own files. We offer and encourage flexible work. Responsibilities Managing a practice of pure public liability files Continuously exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business opportunities Maintaining strong client relationships Exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to communicate effectively Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously What will you bring? Previous experience and a passion for Public Liability or in a similar personal injury role (defendant firm experience included) Superior communication skills A calm and easy‑going nature Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging clients Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management What next?
