Occupational Therapist (Rehabilitation / Geriatric Evaluation and Management In The Home) - Senior 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants About This Role In this senior clinical role, you will provide high-level occupational therapy services across Rehabilitation, ReACH and GEMITH programs. You will manage a complex caseload, contribute to service development and support evidence‑based practice across inpatient, community and home environments. You Will Provide advanced occupational therapy assessment, intervention and case management Support development of clinical practices, protocols and evidence-based approaches Supervise and mentor HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants Collaborate with interprofessional teams to support patient goals and safe discharge planning About You You are an experienced occupational therapist with strong clinical skills in rehabilitation, community outreach and geriatric care. You thrive in dynamic environments and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.
