Plan and Structure Contractor role : 60/40 split with option for employment Child & adolescent focus : steady referrals matched to your interests Therapy‑first practice : majority therapy, minimal assessment load Strong clinical backbone : EMDR, Schema, relational, psychodynamic, ACT and more Practise support : excellent admin, paperless systems and extensive resources Lifestyle‑friendly : 2–5 days per week, flexible hours, onsite parking, collegial culture About the Practice This well‑established private practice works across the lifespan, but is particularly keen to welcome a Child & Adolescent Psychologist or Mental Health Social Worker for trauma‑informed, attachment‑focused work with young people and their families. The clinic offers individual, family and group therapy, with strong interests in complex trauma, neurodivergence, parenting, eating disorders and older adult wellbeing. Compensation Contracting is preferred with a competitive 60/40 split and session fees up to $245/hr for senior clinicians. For clinical registrars or board‑approved supervisors, a salaried structure can be offered reflecting contractor earnings. Access to excellent admin support, a purpose‑built space, rich resources and supervision & PD opportunities. Duties Deliver high‑quality, trauma‑informed care to children, adolescents and their families. Provide assessments, formulations and ongoing therapy, maintaining a sustainable caseload. Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team while maintaining autonomy over therapeutic approach and caseload. Work from a purpose‑built, friendly clinic in the Lower Blue Mountains. Requirements Experience in private practice or child and adolescent mental health settings. Strong skills and confidence working with children, teens and families. Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA or Mental Health accreditation with AASW. Full Australian Work Rights.
