Key Responsibilities Develop strong design concepts and communicate them clearly through sketches, drawings, and 3D visualisations. Contribute to feasibility studies, site analysis, and concept design proposals. Prepare and present design material for client meetings, competitions, and stakeholder reviews. Collaborate with Directors and Project Leaders to refine and evolve designs that balance creativity, functionality, and compliance. Translate design ideas into clear documentation in Revit for early‑stage approvals and presentations. Engage with consultants and team members to ensure design intent is carried through into documentation. Stay informed on design trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovation to projects. Qualifications & Criteria Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree from a recognised institution. Eligible for (or recently achieved) registration as an Architect in Australia. Minimum 5 years’ Australian experience in an architectural practice. Strong proficiency in Revit (ArchiCAD experience also valued but not essential). Proven experience across one or more sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail. Excellent design, documentation, and contract administration skills. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Personal Attributes Passion for design excellence and innovation.
