Your Role and Responsibilities: As an Assistant Property Manager, you’ll work closely with a Senior Property Manager in a supportive, high‑energy environment. You’ll handle diverse responsibilities that give you autonomy, flexibility, and a strong foundation in the property management space. This role is designed to help you build the essential skills to excel and grow in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Include: Providing proactive support to a Senior Property Manager within our residential property management team Responding to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly Liaising directly with clients and tenants to deliver exceptional service Performing general administrative duties to keep our team running smoothly Coordinating property inspections and handling entry and exit reports Assisting with maintenance requests and supporting team members Once you’ve mastered these areas, the sky’s the limit Our growth‑oriented team structure ensures opportunities to advance, with new challenges available for those ready to step up.
