And if that’s you we would love to have you join us Job Description Rockwell Automation is seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Cybersecurity Services Technology Consultant to drive the growth of our OT cybersecurity services across the Asia Pacific region. In this high‑impact, pre‑sales role, you will blend technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver innovative solutions that protect critical industrial infrastructure. As a key member of our pre‑sales team, you will drive the development of a qualified opportunity pipeline by delivering technical demonstrations, leading proof‑of‑concept engagements, and presenting tailored solutions to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders—from engineers to executives. You will represent Rockwell Automation’s full cybersecurity services portfolio, with a primary focus on the Verve Security Center platform. Cybersecurity Portfolio Overview Asset Inventory, Vulnerability and Risk Management: Verve Security Center, Threat Detection Services, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Endpoint Protection. Consultative Services: Cybersecurity risk assessments, industrial network assessments and designs, and development of cybersecurity policies and procedures. Network Infrastructure and Virtualization: Industrial data centers, Industrial Demilitarized Zones (IDMZs), and network segmentation solutions. Security Managed Services: Security Monitoring and Response, Secure Remote Access, Network Operations Center (NOC) services, and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted technical advisor and pre‑sales expert for OT cybersecurity solutions across Asia Pacific. Engage with customers to understand their needs and align Rockwell’s cybersecurity offerings accordingly. Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers. Lead product demonstrations, proof‑of‑value and proof‑of‑concept engagements, and performance testing with customers. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor messaging and solutions. Align solutions with customer outcomes by collaborating across global teams, partners, and business units. Provide technical training to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. Conduct or participate in thought leadership webinars. Represent Rockwell Automation at industry events, trade shows, and seminars. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiators. Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting. Provide product feedback to influence development and close solution gaps. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre‑sales, direct sales, or technology consulting, with a focus on industrial networks and cybersecurity. Fluent in English; ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally. Technical Expertise Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and software applications. Familiarity with Rockwell Automation technologies and third‑party industrial automation products. Hands‑on experience with networking, virtualization, cybersecurity platforms, and wireless technologies in industrial environments. Proficiency with OT protocols such as EtherNet/IP. Ability to write detailed technical documentation and solution recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector is a plus. Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with cross‑functional teams. Proven success in outcome‑based selling and aligning solutions with business goals. Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills. Relevant certifications such as: ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Programs CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISM – Certified Information Security Manager CEH – Certified Ethical Hacker Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate or CCNA Industrial GICSP – GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional Fortinet NSE 4–7 Certifications Hybrid Policy Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
