We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer with deep expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) to design, develop, and support integration solutions across complex enterprise systems. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and performant integrations using TIBCO BWCE within containerized and cloud-native environments. You will collaborate closely with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to build APIs, microservices, and middleware components that connect critical business applications, data, and services. This is a hands‑on development role ideal for a candidate with strong middleware integration experience and a deep understanding of service‑oriented and event‑driven architectures. Key Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise integration services and APIs using TIBCO BWCE Package and deploy integration services in Docker containers and orchestrate with Kubernetes Build REST/SOAP-based APIs, messaging interfaces (JMS), and transformation pipelines Integrate with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, mainframes, and legacy systems Apply integration patterns, best practices, and enterprise architecture standards Support scalable, reusable, and fault‑tolerant designs aligned with DevOps principles Contribute to and enforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git Troubleshoot performance, deployment, and runtime issues in BWCE environments Monitor integration flows using TIBCO and third‑party tools Work with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain high availability and resilience of integration platforms Engage with cross‑functional teams to understand integration requirements and translate into technical solutions Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, interface contracts, deployment guides, and operational runbooks Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in TIBCO integration development Strong hands‑on expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) Experience deploying BWCE applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments Proficiency in developing RESTful and SOAP APIs, including security and error handling Knowledge of integration protocols such as HTTP, JMS, JDBC, FTP, MQTT Experience working with TIBCO Administrator, EMS, Hawk, and TIBCO Mashery (optional) Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and Git‑based workflows Understanding of logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies for container‑based integrations Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP TIBCO certifications (e.g., TIBCO Certified Professional in BWCE or EMS) Exposure to event‑driven architecture (EDA) and messaging brokers (e.g., Kafka) No work visa sponsorships available.
