Education and Care Practitioner role, Level 2B on our Enterprise Agreement Part time, 32 hours (Tuesday-Friday) Long Day Care In this role, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, delivering high-quality, play-based programs to the children aged 0-5 aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. In this role, you will: Uphold the safety, rights and wellbeing of all children and promote a culture of child safety with a zero-tolerance approach to child maltreatment, abuse and neglect. Provide meaningful and age-appropriate learning experiences that nurture children’s curiosity, creativity, and growth. Actively supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Create engaging and welcoming room setups that promote exploration and learning Document and reflect on children’s learning and development Collaborate with families to build strong partnerships, share insights about children’s learning, and ensure continuity between home and the service.
