The Opportunity

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will:
Plan and coordinate activities of an operational work team or shift to achieve results and targets expected on a daily basis. Compile loads to ensure most efficient use of drivers and equipment (maximise revenue per load and minimise unnecessary kms). Ensure all Drivers are compliant with driving hour regulations/rest breaks at all times. Participate in operational toolbox meetings and health and safety meetings. Liaise with Manager & customer, and advise of problems/changes to schedules/use of subcontractors or anything outside the scope of normal business activity. What We Offer:
Market competitive salary. A positive and collaborative work environment. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Local discounts on services and other special benefits for employees. About you:
Previous experience in a similar role essential. Experience in Fuels industry highly desired. Strong understanding of Transport operations including DG knowledge. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a range of stakeholders. Self-starter, outcome-focused, resilient and motivated. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). What moves you?
At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters. From food, fuel, medicine and rescue services, we keep businesses and communities thriving. Every day brings change. We collaborate in friendly, caring teams, supported by approachable leaders who give us the autonomy to quickly make decisions with impact. Learn and grow with industry-leading training, alongside talented experts. Feel empowered to take on diverse challenges and new responsibilities to move you, our customers, and our world further.
Are you excited about this role but are concerned you don't meet all the requirements? If you have similar skills and are willing to learn then we encourage you to apply anyway.
