If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to help transform lives through excellence and person-centred NDIS allied health services, then you will love working at ORS. Due to ORS’ continued growth, the Occupational Therapy team is in need of our next superstar to join the team You will get to work alongside 120+ other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types. More importantly, you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development. The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete include: Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments Sensory Assessments Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments Home Modifications Assessments (including complex) Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments Environmental Risk Assessments Skill building and ongoing therapy You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS clinics. This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia. The opportunities are endless and extensive You will work closely with your Manager and Learning & Development Manager to create a plan to achieve these goals.
