Customer Experience Specialist

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience Specialist who genuinely cares about our community and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be connecting with our customers across phone, live chat, email and social - helping them feel supported, confident and looked after at every stage of their Proud Poppy journey. What you’ll be doing: Supporting our community across phone, live chat, email, social media DMs and some public social responses Delivering thoughtful, friendly and efficient support that leaves customers feeling confident and cared for Managing enquiries around orders, sizing, fit, returns, exchanges and shipping Building strong product knowledge to confidently guide customers and provide helpful recommendations Working comfortably across customer service tools and systems (or picking things up quickly) Proactively following up customers so nothing falls through the cracks Sharing customer feedback and recurring insights with the wider team to help improve products, processes and the overall customer experience What we’re looking for: A genuine love for customer experience and helping people Strong written communication skills with a friendly, human tone (and confidence on the phone) Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple conversations at once Detail-oriented, organised and reliable - you take ownership and follow things through A team player who contributes positively and asks for help when needed Experience in a similar customer experience or customer service role is preferred but not essential - we’re just as excited about someone with the right attitude, empathy and willingness to learn Why Proud Poppy: Be part of a fast-growing, founder-led Australian brand A supportive, values-driven team that truly cares about each other and our community A role where your work directly impacts how customers feel about the brand Opportunities to learn, grow and develop within the business A workplace that values care, ownership and quality - not scripts or robots If you love making people feel heard, supported and confident - and want to grow with a brand that’s going places - we’d love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
