The successful individual will work closely with our Store Manager, acting as second in charge when they are not in store, as well as providing support and guidance to the Sales Associates.How will you contributeBe the 2iC and support the Store Manager in ensuring daily tasks and key targets are being metDemonstrate senior support or supervisory experienceConfidence in dealing with exclusive clientele, combined with a key focus in achieving sales targetsExceptional customer service skills, as well as ability to build client relationshipsAssist the Store Manager in coaching and mentoring the sales associatesAssist with Stock Management and ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracyWho are youProven experience in a retail, hospitality or similar customer service related role, with experience in supervising a team or acting as a senior key contact/supportExceptional interpersonal, people management and communication skills (bilingual skills will be a bonus)Passion in fashion and demonstrate strong sense of high end fashionThe availability to work full time over a 7 day rotating roster;The flexibility to work boutique trading hours as required;Why work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
