Whether it’s offering a listening ear, providing companionship, helping with lifestyle activities or simply sharing a friendly smile, your time and presence can make a powerful difference. Location: Maitland, NSW 2320 Responsibilities Be part of a compassionate, mission‑driven health care team Support residents, their families and our staff in a meaningful way Develop new skills and grow personally Experience the deep reward of giving your time and heart Participate in volunteer roles such as companionship, lifestyle activities, social outings, gardening and meal-time support Volunteer opportunities at Calvary Mt. Carmel Companionship – friendly visits with residents, conversations or walks Lifestyle activities – board games, music, crafts and social engagement Social outings – accompanying residents on bus trips Gardening – assisting residents with gardening activities Meal times – assisting and supporting residents during meals About the site Calvary Mt. Carmel, Maitland, offers accommodation for residents and has independent living units onsite. Volunteers at Calvary Mt. Carmel contribute to resident care and help create meaningful connections for residents and their families.
