MUJI is a globally recognised brand, originally founded in Japan in 1980. MUJI offers a wide variety of good quality, environmentally friendly products which range from apparel and household goods to food and even houses. There are more than 800 stores around the world, and in 2013, MUJI was introduced to Australia by its parent company – Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd - MUJI Galeries is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Store Administrator. The Store Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail establishment. As the Store Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that are essential to the efficient running of our store. Responsibilities Support cash management activities, such as preparing bank deposits, counting floats, investigatingdiscrepanciesand ordering banking stationary Support the store management team with overseeing the operations of the registers Support the store management team with various administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, reporting and auditing Humanresources and payroll related activities such as monitoring absenteeism, maintaining accurate timecards, and inputting schedules This is a part-time, 32 hour per week role with a set schedule. You will work a consistent Monday to Friday roster, ensuring your weekends are always yours. This is an exciting time to join our growing company, as we further expand our presence in Australia. Qualifications Experience in a similar administration role within a retail store environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail skills Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience withKronos is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
