Job Summary A great opportunity for a motivated Leading Hand with demo/civil experience who enjoys working across dynamic sites and leading mixed crews. We are seeking someone confident coordinating daily activities, maintaining safety standards, and supporting supervisors to deliver high-quality work. What you get $130,000 + super Consistent full-time hours across multiple SEQ projects Work on high-profile demolition & civil construction sites Opportunities for upskilling and long-term project work Supportive team environment and strong safety culture Monday–Friday with potential overtime What you need Leading Hand experience in civil construction and/or demolition Background supervising crews of labourers and plant operators Machine tickets highly regarded (excavator, high-reach, etc.) Strong understanding of site safety, SWMS & compliance Driver licence + reliable transport White Card Ability to work across Brisbane or Gold Coast sites What you will be doing Leading and coordinating daily tasks for labourers & operators Supporting demolition & civil earthworks activities Ensuring safe work practices and adherence to SWMS Communicating with supervisors, subcontractors & site teams Overseeing plant operations and general site productivity Assisting with planning, scheduling and resource allocation Completing daily reporting and site documentation About us Workfast is a labour-hire company working with some of Australia's largest companies.
